Who provides your care
Licensed care, clearly explained
Medical services are provided by LocumTele, whose licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants review Rejuvenate You assessments and write prescriptions. LocumTele is responsible for clinical care, provider licensure and oversight, patient records and clinical policies. Rejuvenate You provides the website and non-clinical support, and cannot influence a clinical outcome.
The provider's name, credential and licence are given in your care materials before treatment begins.
